Sell: Crafted Weapons

I am offering a large varity of crafted weapons. Largely, I only sell a few pices for commanders (except of a those listed twice of which I currently have a larger stock). Prices are those listed in Central or Skarakar trade hub and are eventually negotiable. If market prices fall or rise, they will be adapted and I might be willing to give some discount. I also have a few other weapons available, so if you are looking for something specific, do not hesitat to ask.

So we are supposed to discover it by doing town quests or Global Map quests like "go to XX,YY kill everything over there then go XXX,YYY" ?

Or maybe certain buildings need to be leveld to 20? I have not done that. I am not sure what the benefit of upgrades of the crafting buildings help anyway?
